Galileo International Academy Fellowship: Call for applications (9-11 May 2025)
The Galileo Festival of Science and Innovation, which is scheduled from 9th to 11th May 2025 in Padova (Northern Italy).
The Galileo Festival Academy is an intensive program designed for selected students, offering them the opportunity to participate in festival events, with a particular emphasis on Life Sciences, providing students with exposure to cutting-edge research and technological advancements.
The Galileo Festival Academy, promoted by NEM Nord-Est Multimedia and Comune di Padova, introduces university students to leading figures in the Life Science and technological innovation sectors, showcasing product and process innovations. The program also fosters networking among students from around the world who share a passion for science and innovation, and it provides opportunities to interact with entrepreneurs, researchers, and industry experts attending the festival.
The deadline for submitting applications is set for March 30, 2025.

German federal environmental foundation scholarship programme
Dear Sir or Madame,
the Deutsche Bundesstiftung Umwelt (DBU), based in Osnabrück, maintains a scholarship programme with 19 countries (Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Kaliningrad oblast, Romania, Slovak Republic, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Serbia, Albania, Kosovo, Macedonia and Montenegro) in Central and Eastern Europe. The aim of the programme is to enable university graduates to obtain further professional qualifications to solve tasks in environmental protection and nature conservation in their home countries.
The scholarship lasts six to twelve months and includes a German intensive course lasting several weeks. Host institutions in Germany can be universities, research institutes, universities of applied sciences, universities, companies or associations.
